Coach's Note: There is a 20 team limit for the event. As of February 21 there are already five teams entered.

Coach registers the team to reserve a spot by using the form below.
Parents fill out the two waivers on the right hand side of this page and submit via email.
Parents or coaches submit a photo of each player via email to: jrbasketballcamps@gmail.com
Cost is $250 per team. Send payment to J&R Basketball via Venmo QR code below, or send a check to:
